Pendampingan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Khoirot Ketawang Gondang Nganjuk

Character education is a fundamental aspect in shaping the personality of students, particularly in religious educational institutions such as Islamic schools (Madrasah Diniyah). However, the implementation of character education at Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Khoirot Ketawang Gondang Nganjuk still faces various obstacles, including the suboptimal integration of character values into the learning process, limited learning media, and the need to improve the competency of male and female teachers in systematically implementing character education strategies. This community service activity aims to strengthen the implementation of character education through a mentoring program for male and female teachers (madrasah), and students (santri) at Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Khoirot Ketawang Gondang Nganjuk. The methods used include needs identification, outreach, training, implementation mentoring, and program evaluation. The mentoring material focuses on strengthening religious values, discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, and social awareness through habituation, role modeling, and integration into learning and religious activities at the madrasah. Evaluation is conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation during the implementation of the activity. The results of the activity indicate an increase in the understanding and skills of the male and female teachers (ustadz and ustadzah) in integrating character education into the learning process. Furthermore, there was an increase in positive student behavior, demonstrated by increased discipline, responsibility in participating in learning activities, concern for others, and the inculcation of religious behavior in daily life. This mentoring program positively contributes to creating a character-based madrasah culture and supports the achievement of Islamic education goals, which are oriented towards developing individuals of faith, piety, and noble character.

Pendampingan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an Di Tpq Baitul Makmur Melalui Metode Ummi, Guna Membangun Sistem Managemen Pembelajaran Yang Berbasis Pada Mutu

Metode merupakan komponen pembelajaran yang sangat penting untuk di pahami peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan belajar salah satunya bergantung kepada kemampuan pendidik dalam menerapkan metode. Metode Ummi dilihat sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran al-Qur’an yang praktikal dan cepat untuk membantu murid dapat membaca al-Qur’an dengan baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberi sarana bantuan tenaga pengajar di lembaga masing-masing. Mitra pengabdian adalah para santri TPQ Baitul makmur. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah melalui bentuk pendampingan terkait proses pembelajaran Baca tulis al-qur’an di TPQ Baitul makmur di Kecamatan Baron Kabupaten Nganjuk . Kegiatan ini diikuti sebanyak 20 santri TPQ. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan kegiatan observasi kemampuan peserta didalam membaca Al-Qur’an melalui metode Ummi. Santri TPQ sangat menerima dengan senang hati terhadap kegiatan sosialisasi ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias dan mengapresiasi kegiatan ini karena memiliki manfaat yang lebih dalam melatih kemampuan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar menggunakan metode ummi. Hasil observasi kepada para siswa (santri) menunjukkan adanya kemampuan memahami metode Ummi dan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan metode ummi. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa metode ummi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar.

Tasmi’ Sebagai Metode Pembelajaran Maharah Istima’ untuk Meningkatkan Ketajaman Menyimak Bahasa Arab pada Kegiatan Ramadhan di Madrasah Diniyah Islamiyah Mlarak Ponorogo

Learning Arabic requires the mastery of four language skills, one of which is maharah istima' (listening skills) which is the main foundation in language acquisition. However, in practice, istima' learning at Madrasah Diniyah Islamiyah Mlarak Ponorogo is still not optimal, especially in terms of variety of methods and the use of learning metode that support students' listening acuity. Ramadan activities that are full of interaction with the Qur'an are a strategic opportunity to integrate the tasmi' method in learning Arabic. This service activity aims to examine the use of tasmi' as a learning medium of maharah istima' in improving the acuity of listening to Arabic in Ramadan activities at Madrasah Diniyah Islamiyah Mlarak Ponorogo. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were obtained from various literature relevant to the learning of istima' and the tasmi' method, then analyzed systematically to obtain comprehensive conclusions. The results of the study show that tasmi' has significant potential in increasing phonological sensitivity, understanding of meaning, and students' concentration in listening to Arabic. In addition, the religious atmosphere in Ramadan activities also strengthens the effectiveness of the application of this method because it creates a more contextual and meaningful learning environment. Thus, tasmi' can be used as an alternative learning metode that is effective in increasing maharah istima', especially in the context of Ramadan activities at Madrasah Diniyah Islamiyah
