As Islamic educational institutions, modern Islamic <br>boarding schools are required to adapt to these changes without <br>compromising the Islamic boarding school values that constitute <br>their identity. This article aims to examine the implementation of <br>digital transformation management at Pondok Modern Darussalam <br>Gontor, Ponorogo, and to analyze the various opportunities and <br>challenges encountered in its implementation. This study employs a <br>library research method using a descriptive-qualitative approach. <br>Data were obtained through documentation studies of books, <br>scientific journal articles, official documents, and various relevant <br>literature related to the topic of discussion.
