Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  • Article Title
The title must be concise, reflect the main result or conclusion presented in the manuscript, and must not include specific research locations. Abbreviations should be avoided. Creative titles are allowed only if relevant and appropriate. Consider whether the title may be misinterpreted or provocative. In extreme cases, editors may veto the title and suggest an alternative. The title should be no more than 16 words and reflect the core focus of the study.

  • Authors and Affiliations
All author names should be listed together, separated by commas. Use correct names as they will be indexed in official archives. Affiliations should be added using superscript numbers, formatted as: Institute/University/Organization, Country (without city, postal codes, or street names). Corresponding authors should be indicated with a superscript, and email addresses listed separately below the affiliations.

  • Abstract
The abstract must include the research objective, methodology, key findings, conclusion, and recommendations. Avoid abbreviations and do not cite references. It should not exceed 250 words and must be written in English. Include 3–5 keywords that reflect the topic and scope of the research. Keywords help in indexing and database searches.

  • Introduction
The introduction should outline the research background, importance, and objectives. Avoid turning it into an extensive literature review. Provide relevant context, state the problem clearly, refer to prior research, and outline what and why the paper discusses specific points.

  • Methodology
This section should describe how the research was conducted, tools and instruments used, data analysis methods, research design, and sampling details. For qualitative research, add information on researcher involvement, subjects, informants, location, duration, and data validation techniques. Use paragraph format, not bullets or numbered lists.

  • Research Results
Present results briefly but with sufficient detail. Use tables or figures if needed, with clear captions. Do not include statistical calculation processes—only present the analyzed results. Support findings with references to previous relevant studies.

  • Discussion
This section aims to: a) answer research questions; b) explain how findings were obtained; c) interpret results; d) relate findings to existing knowledge; and e) propose new or modified theories. Cite reputable international (Scopus) and national journals for support and comparison.

  • Conclusion
The conclusion should explain why your findings matter. It must not repeat the abstract or problem statement. Offer a synthesis of key points. Avoid introducing new arguments, evidence, or ideas. One well-developed paragraph is usually sufficient, though 2–3 may be used if necessary.

  • Acknowledgements [Optional]
If applicable, include acknowledgements for external funding only. Internal or management-level support does not need to be mentioned.

  • References
References must use Mendeley and follow the APA 7th Edition citation style. At least 70% of references must come from journals; 30% can be textbooks. Include DOIs and cite at least one article from this journal. Ensure accuracy and consistency in citations.
